Känsliga människor - enligt Diana Cooper
'Sensitives are high frequency people. They have large chakras which
reach out and embrace others. When they do this they take in and transmute their
negative energy but very often overload their own systems. Sensitives do not agree to this at a soul level. It is a consequence of
being of a high frequency without the understanding of how to purify and
cleanse their own chakras.
Here are some things that may help.
Keep your surroundings pure and high frequency. If you are taking in other's negative energy and are living in murky energies, it will be very difficult to transmute everything.
